• Encrypted dream journal storage
• Dream pattern analysis and monthly reports (premium)
• Follow-up AI conversations about dreams (premium)

2. Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Kkumi
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• One person, one account — multiple accounts are not permitted

3. Free & Premium Plans

3.1 Free Plan

• 5 dream interpretations per month
• Dream journal with encryption
• Advertisements may be displayed

3.2 Premium Plan

• Unlimited dream interpretations
• No advertisements
• Follow-up AI questions, pattern analysis, monthly reports, PDF export
• Pricing: $4.99/month or $39.99/year
• Payments processed by LemonSqueezy (Merchant of Record)

3.3 Cancellation & Refunds

• You may cancel your premium subscription at any time
• After cancellation, premium features remain active until the end of the billing period
• 7-day money-back guarantee — full refund if requested within 7 days of purchase

4. AI Interpretations — Disclaimer

Important: Dream interpretations provided by Kkumi are for entertainment and self-reflection purposes only. They are not medical, psychological, or professional advice. Our AI interpretations are based on general psychological frameworks and cultural traditions — they should not be used as a substitute for professional mental health care.

If you are experiencing distress, anxiety, or mental health concerns, please consult a qualified healthcare professional.

5. Encryption & Data Responsibility

• Dream journal entries are encrypted on your device before storage
• We do not have access to your encryption keys
• Social login users: your encryption key is stored locally on your device. If you lose access to your device, your encrypted data cannot be recovered. This is by design for your privacy.
• We recommend keeping your own backups if this concerns you

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to bypass rate limits or abuse the AI service
• Submit content that is harmful, threatening, or violates others' rights
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Use automated tools to scrape or bulk-access the Service
• Resell or redistribute dream interpretations commercially

7. Intellectual Property

• The Kkumi name, logo, and website design are our intellectual property
• Dream interpretations generated by AI are provided for your personal use
• SEO symbol content on the site is our original content
• Your dream journal content belongs to you

8. Service Availability

• We aim for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime
• We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice
• AI interpretation quality depends on third-party AI services (Google Gemini)

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kkumi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
